BIO
Vidushi Lohia is a South Asian, Chicago-based artist and arts administrator currently working at the Driehaus Museum. She holds an MA in Entrepreneurship for Creatives from Columbia College Chicago (2023) and a BFA in Arts Administration and Fiber Arts from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago (2020).
Her work has been featured in over ten exhibitions, including at the Pilsen Arts & Community House, Chicago, IL (2026), Logan Center for the Arts, Chicago, IL (2023), Compound Yellow, Oak Park, IL (2021), Hyde Park Art Center, Chicago, IL (2021), and the Terrain Biennial, Chicago (2020) and Oak Park (2019). She curated We Are What We You Eat at Heaven Gallery (2022) under the guidance of Fabiola Tosi and has presented her installations in spaces that foreground experimentation and community dialogue.
Lohia has participated in residencies at the Ox-Bow School of Art and Artists Residency (2018) and the Bridge Program at Hyde Park Art Center (2021). Her professional experience in arts administration spans institutions in both the United States and India, including Nature Morte Gallery (New Delhi), Hyde Park Art Center (Chicago), and Weinberg/Newton Gallery (Chicago).
